Exploring Nonviolence:  Tools for Managing Conflict in Everyday Life

Join us in the exploration of the power and potential of nonviolence in ourselves and in the world. We offer this workshop to groups of 9-20 people at no cost. This workshop is a volunteer effort to cultivate a wider understanding of nonviolence in our community. What we offer in this two-hour interactive workshop:

 Discussion on what nonviolence means;

 Examination of our current beliefs and practices regarding violence and nonviolence;

 Practice in exploring aspects of ourselves that can spark reactions in others;

 Studying techniques of de-escalation and pre-escalation;

 Bolstering resilience and the ability to deal with violence.

The Santa Fe Public Library is hosting our current workshops.  Please register at their website:  https://www.santafelibrary.org/events/upcoming?keywords=exploring%20nonviolence
